As our internal software ecosystem grew, I naturally moved towards infrastructure engineering. What started as deploying ERPNext eventually became managing the complete lifecycle of several production applications—from provisioning servers to automating deployments and maintaining production environments.

Today I primarily work on self-hosted Linux infrastructure, containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines, reverse proxies, SSL management, databases and operational automation.

I joined eSunScope as a Data & Business Analyst, working directly with the founders to improve operational visibility across the company. My work gradually expanded beyond analytics into ERP implementation, process automation and business systems design.

I led the implementation of ERPNext across multiple departments, designed reporting dashboards, automated recurring workflows and helped digitize several manual business processes.

My internship focused on using data to answer business questions rather than purely technical analysis. I worked on market research, competitive analysis and candidate assessment datasets, helping convert raw information into reports that could support client decisions.

It was also my first opportunity to work with large datasets in Python outside the classroom and apply statistical analysis to real business problems.

Projects

I originally started this project to host a password manager for myself, but it gradually became a place to experiment with infrastructure, networking, and systems administration. Over time it has evolved into a small self-hosted platform where I can explore new tools while treating reliability and reproducibility as first-class concerns.

  • Host and maintain services such as Homepage, Vaultwarden, Firefly III, and Uptime Kuma behind Caddy with automatic TLS certificate management.
  • Keep infrastructure configuration under version control while separating declarative configuration from persistent application data.
  • Explore backup strategies for both SQLite and PostgreSQL, along with service monitoring and operational tooling.
  • Use the homelab as a sandbox for learning Linux system administration, containerization, networking, and automation before applying ideas to larger projects.
